Today is a day for waffles

Two nights ago, we were all sitting on the couch and turned on the TV to Good Eats. it was a show all all on Waffles. Just happens to be a major food source for the kids. They absolutely love them. The recipe wasn't difficult, just need to pick up buttermilk and I'll be set. Can't wait to try out Alton Brown's version of the perfect waffle. I usually add in bananas, but I think I'll go traditional today. Photos will follow when food is done cooking.
