I Love/Hate this weather

I really shouldn't be complaining about the rain. It rains here so infrequently. Why does it have to rain on knitting night. Last week it was torrential and I got stuck out a lot longer than I planned. I didn't get home until 11pm, which is really late for me especially since the kidlets wake up between 5 and 6. Today is has been raining most of the afternoon. I just don't want to get stuck in the rain again. I'm making my own knitting night at home. I want to be safe inside my house and DH wants the same thing. He has promised to leave me alone for a solid two hours. I'm going to have some Tivo'd shows playing in the background and work on the Clapotis.
