Creative disaster area

I never realized what kind of a mess that I can create while I'm creating until I took a picture of it last night. I've had this scrapbook page idea in my head now for a few days and it was screaming to get out. Yes, I have a corner of scrapbook heaven in the office, but it is dangerously close to Nathan's bedroom wall so I'm very hesitant to use the corner while he is sleeping. I gathered up the minimum amount of supplies and went to work at the kitchen table. I took this picture as a reminder for making sure that I clean up when I'm done. This is the layout that I got done last night. I actually did manage to get it all cleaned up right as Nick was walking in the door from work. He absolutely loved the page and so do I.

I've still be knitting on the baby surprise. I so wish I could post a picture of it, but some family members do actually read my blog and I want it to be a surprise for everyone. Once I'm done with said surprise I'll be working on projects for me, namely the poor neglected Picovoli tank and the wrap cardigan from IK winter 2005.
