Finally Finished with a knitted object

It feels like this sweater took me forever to do, in all actuality it took just over a month. I started it on the plane flight to San Jose for CKU and finished it completely last night. Hopefully baby Lily will hold off for a few more weeks before making her appearance to wear this sweater. Her big sister Madisson is looking forward to meeting her, but I think her mom and dad and the rest of us can be patient a little while longer. I got this pattern from the knitting CJ (circle journal) that I was a part of last year. The pattern originally comes from the Minnies book by Jill Eaton. Rowan Calmer was the yarn of choice in a dusty rose color, such a nice yarn for a delicate little sweater. I used the ribbon instead of the i-cord ties that it called for, figured it would be easier to tie one bow than three separate ties. Tony already knows that I was making a sweater, but I'm hoping that it will still be a surprise for Tanya.
Now I get to finish Picovoli, the T is more than half finished (better be because I'm more than halfway done with the 5 balls of yarn that I have).

Looks great Michelle!
It turned out wonderfully.
WOW that looks amazing!!!
That is so cute. I love it :)
Absolutely beautiful!
WOW! I love this! I love the ribbon instead of the i-cords and your neck "rolled" and mine didn't but I like yours better. I am almost done the with the baby bolero. I was down sewing half of it together and realized I did it all wrong!
