Socks and Dinner
What a perfect combination. I got a picture taken of my socks with a tripod. Yes, Jared is getting better at using the camera (only when I am highly supervising), but his idea of taking pictures is usually of trains or cars, not my socks. I really liked making these Fawkes socks, but I really didn't like the heel. You can really feel the ridge. Of course by the time I had figured out that I didn't like this heel, I was done with the first sock and I wasn't going to frog it.

I would have asked Nick to take the picture for me, but he was making dinner. Now that I have started a new job (working for Mesa Public Schools in the Music Ed. office), I'm home at nights both Monday and Tuesday. That now means we have three nights together. To celebrate our first week of dinners, he made Chicken Marsala. It was awesome. He made it just for me though (I didn't ask for this particular dish, he planned it all while I was at work), he is allergic to mushrooms. He ate the spaghetti though.

Ok - I am assuming that your foot is at an angle and the socks are really the same length?! Makes me want to knit socks again!
The socks look great.
