The boys first baseball game, royal treatment
I meant for this post to come up a few months ago, but life got in the way, school started and lots of birthdays in between. We went to the Diamondbacks and Dodgers game on July 20th. Ken had gotten the four of us tickets for the game as a gift to Nick for his birthday. The tickets were for the Gila River suite. I think the kids think now that all baseball games will be as cushy as this one was. There were about 20 seats in the suite and it is a really large room so the boys got to run around and not fall down 15 flights of stairs or anything. Plus, there was plenty of yummy food to be had that we usually don't let them eat, like brownies and cookies. I mean, we do let them eat that stuff, but not to the extent that they got it that day. We all had a great time at the game, enjoying the atmosphere. The boys really got into the chanting, Beat LA. We had to hear that at home for a few days after as well. I brought Rogue with me to work on, not that I'm not a baseball fan, but I'm not. I was there to enjoy the day with my family, but what was wrong with bringing my knitting with me as well!!!!!
Here are a few pictures from the day, Enjoy
