Soccer Highlights

Yesterday was Nathan's first soccer game. His game started at 10am at the GYSA Soccer Field Complex. It is so organized to have all of those fields being played at the same time. It was extremely packed and very hot already by 10am. We brought our umbrella which Nathan got under every chance he could. We had plenty of water and gatorade for him and for Jared and ourselves. I'm really hoping it cools off because in a few weeks, almost all of the rest of our games will start at 11:30. I'm going to see if I can find something else for Jared to do while I take Nathan to the games because he was getting a bit bored. Luckily, yesterday he ran into one of our friends and their kids and he and Kiersten spent most of their siblings games chatting away. I doubt that we will be so lucky as to have games at the same times again.
